The carte is a balance between modern and traditional cuisine. We change it every three months following the seasons and the products, to find them always at the better point.

We offer a degustation menu personalized with five dishes and two desserts.

Our choice of products let us to do a special menus during the year, for example:

  • White truffle (october-november)
  • Black truffle (january-february)
  • Summer truffle (may-july)
  • Game and mushrooms (october-march)
  • Local products like: white beans and cherries.

In Christmas time we prepare menus for companies and groups always following our cookery philosophy and customer requires.
